Website factory · Real businesses

A site built from your proof — ready to claim.

Form & Frame Design turns public reviews, social posts, and store facts into a clean, mobile-first website you can own. No blank template guessing. No endless redesign theater.

$2,500Real shops · full package

Built under a disciplined factory process. One clear primary action: claim ownership of a site that already looks like you.

You already have customers talking. You don’t have a home for that trust.

Google, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, and Etsy hold your proof — but strangers still can’t land on one clear place that looks like a real business, answers the usual objections, and points them to text, call, or buy. That gap costs inquiries every week. Rebuilding a site from scratch every time costs days you never invoice.

Scattered proof

Reviews and posts live everywhere. None of it reads as a single professional front door.

Unclear next step

Visitors guess whether to DM, call, or show up. Guessing loses sales.

Rebuild tax

Freelancers and DIY tools restart the same decisions: layout, copy, mobile, hand-off — every project.

Signal Site Claim

We handle structure, polish, and launch path. You bring the business truth we already find in public — and you claim the result when it looks right.

Step 1 · Signal

We gather your proof

Reviews, hours, locations, social links, and photos you already published. We invent nothing. Thin data stays honest.

Step 2 · Site

We build inside a factory

Fixed process: structure, type, spacing, mobile check. Package matches your business type — full shop or weekend seller.

Step 3 · Claim

You take ownership

Live preview first. When you claim, you get a clear hand-off — domain path, one revision window, then it’s yours to run.

Same business. Clearer front door.

What you’re actually choosing

Fair comparison — pick the path that matches the job.

Two packages. Same factory. Different depth.

Prices are on the page on purpose. Founding discounts, when offered, are time-boxed and written — not a permanent “we’re the cheap option” brand.

See if you’re a right fit

If most of these are true, we can usually help. If not, a clean no is better than a bad site.

  • You have public signal — reviews, social, or market presence people can already find.
  • You lack a strong first-party site — or the one you have doesn’t earn trust on mobile.
  • You know how customers reach you — text, call, Messenger, email, or shop link.
  • You can decide — one owner who can approve claim and a single revision pass.
  • You’re not asking us to invent a brand from nothing — we elevate what exists; we don’t fake a business.

Live work. Real front doors.

Three shipped sites — a product loop, a house martial path, and a personal formation page — each grounded in real marks, language, and public proof. No stock stand-ins. No invented storefronts.

№ 001 Live · Product / upskilling

The Cognition Factory

Upskilling that sticks for busy adults and teams: map the subject, practice under honest pressure, and save your place when life interrupts — not another content binge.

  • Loop — map · practice · save place
  • HAL-E — deep learning until you can explain without notes
  • AAE Practice — closed-notes runs aimed at real gaps
  • Dojo — scenario packs that ask for delivery, not recognition
  • Audience — solo learners, teams, and partners who need proof

Dark void + electric brand restraint carried through hero, product doors, and guides — one factory story from first scroll to contact.

№ 002 Live · House institute

Professional MMA Institute

Public face for a house martial arts path: clear ranks, honest standards, and progress you can name — striking, grappling, and restorative practice under one roof.

  • Lineage — four anchors (Japan, Korea, China, Brazil)
  • Rank path — 8 gup ranks + 5 dan ranks, listed openly
  • Standards — Knowledge, Honesty, Strength, Service
  • Marks — crest, logo medallion, and official seal
  • Close — studio inquiry CTA (not a franchise signup funnel)

Head Instructor: Phillip Hekmati, 5th Dan · Professional MMA Institute style. Copy and marks from their house materials — elevated, not reinvented.

№ 003 Live · Personal / formation

John Hekmati

The person behind the work — formation under load, and the worlds that came from living it. Husband, father, engineer, martial artist, founder.

  • Life — martial floor, home under complex care, hard domains
  • Worlds — Hekmati Consulting · Cognition Factory · PMMAI
  • Tone — portrait-led, serif display, restrained dark surface
  • Question — can you still do the work a month later?
  • Close — short note for fit, not volume

Personal site as a quiet hub — three operating worlds under one person, without turning the person into a brand avatar.

Straight answers

Do you invent reviews or photos?

No. Content comes from your public signals and what you confirm. Thin data means a thinner, honest site — not filler.

What does “claim” mean?

You get a live preview built for your business. When you claim, you complete the hand-over path (payment for paid packages, ownership instructions, one revision window). You’re not stuck in an open-ended project.

Why not a $200 freelancer?

Some freelancers are excellent. Many are cheap because scope, mobile quality, and hand-off are vague. Our packages fix those decisions up front. If you only need a temporary flyer page, DIY may be enough.

Why not a big agency?

Agencies shine on large brand systems and long retainers. If you need a credible local front door with a clear claim path, a factory package is usually faster and more transparent on price.

I’m a weekend seller — do I need the $2,500 package?

Usually no. Tier B is for table and suite sellers who live on SMS, DMs, and Facebook. Tier A is for real shops with addresses, hours, and deeper trust needs.

What if we’re not a fit?

We’ll say so. We’d rather decline than ship a site that pretends you’re a different business.

Ready when you are.

Send your business name, city, main public links (Maps, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, Etsy — whatever you have), and whether you’re a full shop or a weekend seller. We’ll reply with fit, package, and next step — or a clear no.
